The Little Free Food Pantry is open 24/7/365. It is located at the entrance to the parking lot off Grand Ave. Click on the picture to see what may be available.

Food insecurity is huge today. We provide supplemental food bags to children at Hillside Elementary who qualify for the food program during school break times.

Everybody Eats is a joint food mission between West Des Moines United Methodist Church and Hillside Elementary School. Over 260 packages of food are packed and delivered to Hillside Elementary to provide nourishment to students over long weekends and school breaks.

 Each week on Wednesday, our church will be cooking up dinner favorites!  Join us, 5:30-6:45 PM, for delicious home-cooked food, fun, education, and amazing fellowship!  You don’t have to plan a meal, shop for the food, prepare the meal, or clean up.  Just come and relax from your busy day!!
