Music Ministry

Our church has a rich history of music ministry. There are groups for singers and instrumentalists of all ages. We recently renovated our Reuter pipe organ, which is played at our Sunday services. Music enhances the theme of our worship services and can enable worshippers to feel the presence of God. We praise and glorify God through the gift of music.

Adult

Chancel Choir— For high school students and adults. Sings at either worship service or at special services.  Rehearsals are Wednesdays at 7:30 p.m. in the Sanctuary.  Directed by Kyle Lechtenberg.
Bell Messengers—Plays monthly, practices Wednesdays from 3:30 to 4:30 p.m.  Directed by Jennifer Hawkins.
Wesley Ringers—Plays monthly, rehearsals are Wednesdays from 6:15 to 7:15 p.m.  Directed by Jennifer Hawkins.

Youth and Children

Jubilation Bells – Grades 7-12.  Rehearses Wednesdays from 5:15 to 6:00 pm.  Unlimited openings.

All Ages

Brass—brass players perform in groups or as soloists as needed.
Other instruments—solo and small group instrumentalists are needed throughout the year.  speaking parts and chorus combine with an orchestra to bring a musical message.
Solo and small group vocalists— needed throughout the year to provide music when large groups may not be available, especially during summer services.
