Nourish – Women’s Small Group

Nourish will be focusing on nutrition in February! Come and join us, we would love to have you!

2/13 – what is a balanced plate. Nutrient dense food options, sometimes/always/never foods, and introducing the connection between what we are eating and how we are feeling.

A small group for women focusing on nourishing your body, mind, and soul.  Meeting 6:30 to 7:30 PM, the first Wednesday of each month in the Wesley Center

As women, we have a powerful influence on our families and the community.  We wear many different hats that are often centered around serving and nurturing.   However we can’t pour from an empty cup.  Come nourish you mind, body, and soul with scripture, community, and wellness topics/activities.
