Mission Statement
To organize, direct and monitor the coffee fellowship between services.
Specific Responsibilities
Procure servers and people to bring cookies for each Sunday.
See that supplies are purchased and stored.
- Coffee (decaffeinated and regular) and filters
- Sugar, sweetener and powdered cream
- Cups and napkins
- Powdered lemonade
- Frozen orange juice
- 2-liters bottles of lemon-lime soda pop
If sign-up sheet is used, servers and donators should be called and reminded midweek of their Sunday.
Prepare an instruction sheet for weekly volunteers.
Turn in bills to Church Treasurer for reimbursements.
Offer the fellowship to other areas of the church as a fundraiser.
